Conditions, availability and booking
• A minimum and maximum number of people apply per activity (for numbers see price lists).
• The exact number of persons must be reported no later than five working days prior to the energizer, with a maximum deviation of 10% from the confirmed number of persons.
• The client receives a down payment invoice for 60% of the budget and this must be paid in advance. The final invoice will be sent no later than 2 weeks after the event, with any additional work and (if applicable) the subsequent costing of the drinks.
• All agreements entered into by us are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH), filed with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague. These are available for inspection and will be sent by email on request. The UVH are binding on everyone who uses our services.
